What’s New?

March 16

At Retro Redhead, we’re not just giving your hair a fabulous makeover—we’re also battling germs like it's the Spanish flu! Our cleaning routine is more intense than a 90s boy band reunion—quick and unforgettable.

Cold and flu season is here, and let's not be shy about it—this year's strain is no joke. Moira and Sam have already danced with this seasons plague, and trust us, it’s not pretty, although a quick way to drop a few lbs. If you’re feeling under the weather, we urge you to take a moment and stay home.

With Moira juggling a little one at home and Sam dealing with autoimmune issues, even the mildest illness can put us out of commission for days. This inevitably results in juggling appointments, and nobody wants to be rescheduled when they’re just ready for a wild transformation.

So, let’s take care of ourselves and our sylists this season. Stay healthy, stay fabulous, and we’ll see you when you’re healthy!!

As many of you know Sam has been working hard behind the scenes in hopes of launching pop up hair salons for recently housed individual and those needing support with addiction, food scarcity, etc. I am excited to announce that DOLLAR$ 4 DIGNITY has begun. With donations from clients and a few friends we were able to purchase portable shampoo basins along with shampoo, conditioners and some styling products. A donation from family members resulted in the amazing gift of a hairstyling chair and shampoo chair.

My first day at INDWELL was an absolute success. The folks that came to enjoy complimentary services were an absolute blast. This is something that has always held a special place in my heart. Coming from trauma and addiction myself I am well aware of how close we all are to being homeless or how one wrong choice can result in a lifestyle that you spend years trying to climb back out of.

Michelle F is working with 519Pursuit to provide meals and essentials to the homies living rough. With rain on the way dry clothing will become a necessity for many.

As always if you have clothes for donations or have some cash you dont know what to do with you know where to find us.

DOLLAR$ 4 DIGNITY is a passion project that will one day be a not for profit.
